SCINT connects high school computing clubs across northern Taiwan — running events, teaching courses, holding contests, and pooling what each of us has. So students don't have to work it out alone, and club officers don't have to start from scratch every year.

One-Day Computing Camp 2026
A tour of all four regions — north, central, south and east. Beginner courses and hands-on work, so students can see what the field actually involves.

Speakers from different fields talk about what they're working on, showing students a wider view of computing.

A security competition for high school students, where attack, defence and problem solving are all hands-on.

About
Resources shouldn't pile up in a handful of schools
SCINT began with a few student clubs in northern Taiwan. Through events, courses, contests and club collaborations — online and in person — it has been connecting resources that were scattered across schools.
Our principles
Computing resources are unevenly distributed: some schools have everything, others struggle to keep a club session running. We want to narrow that gap.
Working it out alone is slow. A group covering for each other is much faster.
Our goals
Pool resources into online talks, practice contests and exchanges between clubs.
Lower the barrier to entry, and keep clubs from having to do everything on their own.
Our members
Most members come from high school and vocational clubs in the north, with people from computing communities further south as well.
That mix of backgrounds is what gives the community its range, and its energy.

- Do we have to be a northern club to work with you?
- No. The name says northern Taiwan, but clubs, communities and organisations anywhere in the country are welcome to propose something.
- What do we need for event promotion?
- Event name, time and place, signup link, key visual, a short blurb, and a contact person. The more complete it is, the easier scheduling becomes.
- Can I join without a club?
- Yes. Most online talks, mock exams and practice contests are open to individuals — join the Discord and follow the announcements.
- Where do I follow the latest news?
- Discord is the fastest; Instagram, Facebook and the Linktree event links are kept in sync.
